Reviva Labs Seaweed Soap Review

I love bar soaps. There’s something in them that always takes away all my oils on my face. Reviva Labs Seaweed Soap did not disappoint. I received during my last Beauty Bloggers of Central Florida meetup. I have tried some products before (makeup primer and pomergranate lactic acid exfoliant) so I was really excited to try this!

It looks like a regular bar of soap, well except the seaweed looking pieces! It also has walnut shell powder to help with some scrubbing power! The scent is ocean-y. It smells like seaweed and/or the ocean. Its not really a pleasant smell BUT it works so good, I don’t even care. The seaweed soap bar lathers very nicely. I like to wet my face and the bar of soap, then rub the bar of soap all over my face. I like the little roughness to buff off any extra dirt or dead skin. After that I will rub it in and make sure I clean my whole face. When I rinse all the soap off my face feels super clean and oil free. I use this daily as my makeup remover.  It gets it all off in one wash. My face feels so fresh and so clean!!!

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice clean oil free face and doesn’t mind a seaweed-y scent. If you are really particular about scents, this will probably not be your thing. Have you tried seaweed soap before?! This was the first time I have ever heard about it!
